On a 6:00 Clock:

5 kip swings

2 wall walks

5 deck squats (sit-up + air squat) aka like(Candlesticks)

Practice each movement:

3-5 sets:

5 reps

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
*Each round should take 2-4mins tops* Scale accordingly
