– :03 down, :03 hold, then stand.
– Rest :05-:10 between reps.

5 WB Thrusters
5 Wall Balls
10-15 AbMat Situps
*full range of motion
*no butt raise
2 sets:
4-8 wall-ball shots
4-8 sit-ups

50 wall-ball shots (14/20 lb) (9/10 ft)
50 sit-ups
Intermediate: 35 situps & 10/14# ball
Beginner: 25 wall balls and 25 situps

For load:
Snatch, clean or jerk:
3 reps x 4 sets at 70-80%
2 reps x 3 sets at 80-90%
1 rep x 2 sets at 90%+
