3 sets 5 reps of power cleans, building in weight each set
8 rounds with a partner:
400-m run
Max reps Power Cleans
RX: 95/135#
Intermediate: 75/115#
Beginner: anything less
– One partner runs while the other completes as many reps as possible of Power Cleans. Athletes switch when the runner returns. Each partner will run and power clean four times.
