30 double-unders

6 left-arm dumbbell snatches (35/50 lb)

6 right-arm dumbbell snatches

10 single-arm overhead dumbbell lunges (35/50 lb)

For time:

20 burpees

20 left-arm DB snatches

20 right-arm DB snatches
