While one partner works, the other holds a handstand.
After each partner completes the round, both partners complete a 200m medicine ball carry
i.e. Partner A does 2 thrusters and 2 toes to bar while Partner B holds handstand. Then Partner B does 2 thrusters and 2 toes to bar while Partner A holds handstand. Both partners go together on a 200m run carrying the medicine ball together without it touching the ground.
