*Every switch 5 synchro burpees OTR

Scaled: 1600/1200 m row, 3 burpees OTR

Hanging Grace and Isabel (Time)

For time:

20 pull ups

30 hang squat snatches (135/95)

20 C2B

30 hang squat cleans

20 BMU

RX: 95/65

Intermediate: 75/55, jumping pull ups, pull ups, c2b

Beginner: 45/35, ring rows, jumping pull ups, negative pull ups
